Meet The Team

Justin Richmond
Justin has been flying since 1990 and founded the flight school in 1997. He holds FAA certifications for multi-engine commercial and Instrument as well as airframe and powerplant mechanic, inspector authorization, advanced ground instructor, remote pilot, and is an FAA-certified written exam test proctor. Justin enjoys teaching ground school classes, providing aviation career consulting as well as aircraft purchase evaluations and aircraft management services for customers when needed. Justin combined his passion for business & airplanes after an introductory flight lesson in 1989, and the business was built from there.

Bart Marcules
Bart is a ground and flight instructor for private, instrument, commercial, and airline transport pilots in both single and multi-engine aircraft. Bart also does instruction for the initial flight instructor rating (CFI) as well as ad on ratings for instrument instructor (CFII) and multi-engine instructor (MEI). He has been instructing full time for EAS Flight Training since the spring of 2017 and became an owner in the company in 2022. Bart looks forward to helping you with whatever certificate or rating you need.

Brian Swope
Brian joined EAS Flight Training as a full time flight instructor and location manager in the summer of 2025. With a background in software engineering, learning to fly represented an entirely new skill set that was challenging and rewarding. As his son pursued a career as an airline pilot, Brian got back into flying by earning his instrument, commercial, multi-engine and flight instructor ratings with EAS Flight Training. He looks forward to working with you wether you just want to learn to fly for fun and personal use or to pursue a career in aviation.
Grant Davis
Grant started with EAS Flight Training in 2016 and earned his private pilot certificate. He then attended the University of Central Missouri and received a bachelors degree in airport management & professional pilot. He received his initial instructors certificate as well as his instrument flight instructor in 2022. Grant joined our flight instruction team at the Aurora location in 2023 and looks forward to helping all of his students attain their goals in flying.

Ivan Grigoryev
Ivan is a flight instructor at our EAS location in Aurora and teaches private, Instrument and commercial pilots. Ivan also conducts flight reviews for bringing existing pilots into currency and proficiency. Ivan has been flying since 2015 and has a professional pilot degree from the University of Central Missouri. He completed his Instructor & Instrument Instructor certifications here at EAS and came to work for us in the spring of 2024. Ivan holds certifications for commercial pilot airplane single and multi-engine land, instrument, and instrument flight instructor ratings for airplane single-engine.

Sam Cybulski
Sam has been flying with EAS Flight Training since 2020 and recently received his Flight Instructors Certificate. He came to work as a flight instructor for EAS in 2024. He also holds his Commercial pilot certificate for single & multi-engine aircraft as well as an Instrument rating. Sam has acquired several hundreds of hours of flight experience since getting his private pilot certificate with us in 2021 and looks forward to sharing that experience with you.

Caleb Hall
Caleb grew up in the local area and became interested in aviation as a career while flying with his family on vacations. Caleb completed his muti engine training & flight instructor certificates with us here at EAS. Caleb joined the EAS team as an instructor in the Spring of 2024 and looks forward to providing quality instruction to all of our students and renters.

Guy Gibson
Guy joined the Army out of high school and had jobs in many different fields until the pandemic hit. At that point he decided to pursue an aviation career. Guy has been flying since 2021and after obtaining his flight instructor certificate joined EAS in the spring of 2024. Guy is an excellent pilot and enjoys teaching the next generation of aviators the skills needed to be safe and successful in this industry.

Sally Cybulski
Sally Joined our Aurora Team as a flight instructor in the summer of 2025. She had never considered flying airplanes until a discovery flight with her brother sparked her passion for aviation. She began taking instruction in 2022 and earned her private, instrument, commercial and flight instructor ratings all with EAS Flight Training. Sally earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Missouri State University in 2024. She had always wanted to teach and was excited about the opportunity to combine that passion with aviation by becoming a flight instructor. Sally looks forward to furthering her aviation experience and helping students achieve their goals.

Darren Rowe
After being raised as a farm kid in Soutwest Missouri, Darren took his first lesson in 2020. After obtaining his Private Pilot Certificate he decided that flying for fun and on the weekends was not enough to scratch his flying itch. Darren finished his training in Kansas City and came to EAS with his tailwheel, high-performance and complex endorsements in addition to being an instrument instructor and Multi-engine instructor. Darren is an excellent instructor and would be happy to help you with achieving you aviation goals!

Marshall Balogh
Marshall completed his Initial Flight Instructor training with EAS and shortly followed up by completing his Instrument Instructor certificate. He joined our Neosho, MO flight training team in the summer of 2025.Marshall is very conscientious about the value and safety of the flight training he provides and looks forward to introducing all those in the Neosho/Joplin area to the joy and usefulness of pursuing a pilot certificate.

Michael Rasico
Mike Rasico is a Flight Instructor at EAS and teaches private pilot and commercial students. He has been flying for 18 years and a part of the EAS crew Since 2019. He holds certifications for commercial airplane single-engine land and sea, instrument airplane, Certified Flight Instructor and advanced ground instructor. Aviation seemed out of reach for Mike while growing up. It was an encouraging wife from an aviation family that inspired Mike to take lessons. From there, the rest is history. Mike now gets to share the joy of flying with others while encouraging them along their journey.

Drew Woodward
Drew began his aviation journey in June 2021 and has been passionate about flying ever since. He earned his Commercial Pilot Certificate in July 2023 and became a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) in May 2024. Drew completed all of his flight training at Premier Flight Center and obtained his CFI certification with EAS Flight Training. Now, as a dedicated instructor, he is excited to share his knowledge and help aspiring pilots achieve their goals in aviation.

Christian Burge
Christian began taking lessons part time with EAS in February of 2020. He soon earned his private pilot and continued until he earned his flight instructor certificate in 2023. He then came to work full time at our Fayetteville, AR location. Christian is excited to teach you how to fly and reach your goals, as he has, through our program here at EAS Flight Training. Seth Jaques
Seth started with EAS Flight Training, and has been instructing for us since the spring of 2018. Seth has many years and hours of experience as CFI/CFII & MEI. He is excited about helping make your dreams of becoming a pilot come true. He is available by appointment only at our Aurora and Monett locations.
